Each of us carries our own baggage of memories and they are leave own imprint on our memory and on our clothes. The energy of some memories is light and airy, while others weigh us down from day to day …
Perhaps you have noticed what kind of relief appears after taking a shower, as if you are washing away negative energy from yourself and it becomes much easier for you? Also with the clothes we wear. We associate some clothes with some events, and for some reason we do not want to wear something. This is a painting about time, about memory and about the fact that sometimes you just need to wash away the negative energy from our shirts!
This painting was done in several steps and at different stages it felt completely different! When I first created the structure of the shirts, there was an amazing feeling of lightness, as if it were clean clothes without its own history. In the process of creation – there was a period of memories, experiences of certain moments in life … But, as a person who loves shirts very much, I needed their cleanliness! And now, the painting is over! Feels like it is extraordinary – it has a beginning, there is a story, there is a struggle and there is a feeling of victory and lightness!
The work combines favorite shades of blue, a sense of romanticism and some notes of the east with their magnificent sky landscapes in the anime style. It is definitely something to love, contemplate and every time see in a new way!

About Cloud Sky series
Series of paintings in mixed media – it is a combination of love for sculpture with elements of traditional painting. Inspired by reflections on the meaning of life and the pure beauty of nature – sky, sea and sunlight.
The Cloud Sky series is also a collection of memories of “Jonathan Livingston’s Seagull” and my personal experiences, seeking and understanding life.
